This question about Installation of Foswiki: Answered
Copy a whole FOSWIKI to other Company
Dear Community,
how is it possible (or is it possible) to copy a whole FOSWIKI with all settings, users, pages and extensions to another company?
I'm no expert with FOSWIKI, so im looking for the easiest way of "installation" our WIKI on other servers.
Thanks for your help!

Sure, it should be rather straight forward. Assuming that your Foswiki is installed in the default locations, just copy over the whole foswiki directory and all the sub-directories.
You should first examine the server and make sure that it's version of perl is reasonably current. Check out
SystemRequirements and make sure the required perl modules are installed. Your site might have additional requirements due to optional extensions. You can see what Foswiki reports as dependencies at the System topic: PerlDependencyReport and click on the All Dependencies button to show everything.

Also, if your installation uses the SQL Database versions of the
PageCache, you'll need to create the database and user accounts. And if you have any other extensions that use database, they will need to be set up as well. The default Foswiki configuration doesn't have any backend database requirements.
